Not quite right? We’re here to help.

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery — whether you’re after a refund, or store credit. Our online returns portal makes it easy to lodge your request and access a return label in just a few steps.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, the item must:

  • Be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Have all original tags still attached
  • Be returned in protective packaging to avoid damage in transit
  • Be lodged through our official Returns Portal
  • Pass our internal quality check once received

If your return does not meet these standards, it will be sent back to you at your own expense.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items with makeup, fragrance, deodorant, tan or other marks
  • Items with signs of wear or washing
  • Items not returned via the portal

 

Return Options

Refund

Available on full-priced items. A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit

Available for all items, including sale. Returns for exchange or store credit are completely free — no shipping costs apply.

Faulty Items

We’re so sorry if something’s not quite right.

If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at enquiries@emmiestore.com.au within 3 days of receiving your package, before lodging your return. We’ll work with you to review the issue and organise a return or refund — free of charge.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns Timeline

Once your item arrives at our warehouse:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You’ll receive an email once your return has been approved and processed
