Shipping policy
At Emmie, we take great care to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Each order is carefully packaged and dispatched from our Brisbane studio, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods such as new collection launches or sales, processing times may extend slightly due to increased order volume.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer both standard and express shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (metro areas) or up to 7 days (regional).
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days via Australia Post Express or DHL Express, depending on your location.
All parcels include tracking. Once your parcel has been lodged, you can monitor its progress directly through the courier’s website.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL Express and Australia Post International.
- Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on your destination.
- Express International Shipping: 7–14 business days for most major cities worldwide.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply once the order reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your parcel’s journey. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at enquiries@emmiestore.com.au
Pre-Orders
Items listed as pre-order will include an estimated dispatch date in the product description. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would like the in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
Delays & Lost Parcels
We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, it is outside of our control. Delays may occur due to weather events, customs inspections, or high seasonal demand.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at enquiries@emmiestore.com.au with your order number so we can open an investigation with the courier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Emmie is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update the address if the order hasn’t yet been shipped.
Packaging & Sustainability
We ship all Emmie orders using recyclable and biodegradable packaging to reduce our environmental impact. Your items will arrive carefully wrapped and protected, ensuring your garments stay in perfect condition while remaining planet-friendly.
